Middle School Schedule

  • Period 1   8:10 – 8:57
  • Period 2   9:00 – 9:47
  • Period 3   9:50 – 10:37
  • Period 5   10:40 – 11:27
  • Period 6   11:30 – 12:37
  • MS Lunch  12:15 – 12:37
  • Period 7   12:40 – 1:25
  • HS Lunch   1:05 – 1:25  (For any HS student who wants lunch at school.  Otherwise they can leave during this time.)

High School Schedule 

  • Period 1- 8:10- 8:30
  • Period 2- 8:33- 8:53
  • Period 3- 8:56- 9:16
  • Period 5- 9:19- 9:39 (middle school exploratory teachers will be free this period because they will have their 5th-hour class during the normal time of 10:40 – 11:27 as I do not think the MS teachers were not planning to have them upstairs??)
  • Period 6 -9:42- 10:02
  • Period 7- 10:02- 10:22
  • Games- 10:22- 12:45
  • Locker clean out- 12:45- 1:05 (for high school) (Then report to Buc Time if done early)
  • *High school teachers are able to eat at 1:05*



  • Attention Students: The high school locker rooms will be cleaned out Today after school.  Any items not left in bags will be thrown out or given to Goodwill.  Please get your items picked up ASAP!
  • All lost and found items will be donated, please take one last look before summer break.
  • YEARBOOKS for the ’20-’21 school year are available to pre-order. These will be available sometime in August. The cost is just $35 for a year’s worth of memories. The order form was not available with your registration documents. I still have ’19-’20 yearbooks available ($35 each) if you need one of those. – Mrs. Goedken

  • John Deere Waterloo has job opportunities for students looking for full time positions after high school graduation. I know most schools are still not allowing visitors on-site due to covid, so we are trying to reach out through job fairs.  We have two upcoming job fairs on 12May21 set up that students can attend, or they can apply online.  We are trying to reach out to seniors that are undecided what to do after graduation, unable to afford to pay to go to college or decided college just isn’t for them.   • Do you love to be in the POOL? Then the Stingrays Swim Team is looking for you! The Stingrays is a recreational swim team offered by Independence Park and Rec. Recreational swimming is an avenue to introduce more children to the great sport of swimming while strengthening their in-water skills & Endurance!   • Jensen Transport is looking for one to two high school graduates in May for a Registered Apprenticeship for Welding thru the Department of Labor. It would involve 144 hours of class time for 3 years and on the job training. The students will also be trained for other maintenance on semi trucks and trailers. Please contact Tim @

  • Pries is looking for a summer intern for an assistant purchasing manager with their Maintenance department. This would be a position where this individual would research the current parts and products that we use and find other providers to compare costs. It would be a computer based position where students would create weekly reports and communicate weekly on their findings with our Maintenance Admin and upper management.. Hours can be flexible but it would be at our plant location in Independence. It would pay $15 per hour. Interested students please contact Angie @
